Turkish-Language VPNs: Sites, Apps and Support in Turkish

Where the Turkish actually stops

A localised homepage proves the provider wants Turkish-speaking customers, not that the Windows client or the ticket agent will follow. Just 2 of 51 name Turkish in the app, Ciphra VPN (29th) and Blokada (30th, whose free tier blocks ads without any VPN); only 6 publish their app languages at all. Support is sparser: 9 state their support languages, and Turkish appears in none of them, including Surfshark's help centre, which covers 11 other languages. PandaVPN Pro runs the longest language menu, 44 options, and still only manages 17th place, so a long list proves little.

The top three compared

Proton leads on privacy, security and network size (140+ countries, 20000+ servers) and offers a free tier with unlimited data on one device; the renewal bill roughly doubles after the intro term. Surfshark's privacy mark of 4.4 suffers from the Dutch jurisdiction. PureVPN trails the pair on security at 4.3.

Apps and support decide the order

The heaviest sub-index here is apps and support at 35%, ahead of privacy at 21.7%. That explains two placements. NordVPN scores higher overall (5.58) than both runners-up yet lands fourth: its apps-and-support mark is 8.1 against their 9, and price and terms sit at a weak 3.1. Mullvad, a privacy-first service with a 6.9 privacy mark, drops to 16th because its support side scores 3.3.

Pricing: dollars, not lira

A translated site does not bring lira billing. No provider on the list quotes TRY; most invoice in US dollars, so expect your bank's conversion fee. In euro terms, paid plans begin at €0.86 monthly, the median being €2.57. Twenty-three services offer a free plan of some kind, and 32 enable auto-renewal by default, so mark the cancellation date when you subscribe.

Who stands behind these companies

No company in this set holds a Turkish registration: the USA hosts 11 of them and 12 more do not state a country. Canada accounts for 4 of the rest, with Switzerland, the Netherlands, the British Virgin Islands and Panama at 3 each.

Test the Turkish build before your refund expires

For the three leaders, the money-back window of 30 or 31 days doubles as your evaluation period:

1. Switch your phone to Turkish and open the app; untranslated screens surface immediately.
2. On recent Android versions you can set a per-app language (Google's guide), but only for apps whose developers opted in.
3. Check the dotless ı and capital İ in menus; sloppy translations get these letters wrong.
4. Write one support request in Turkish and note which language the answer arrives in.
5. Cancel or note the renewal date before the term ends.

Need a Turkish IP or a VPN that works in Turkey?

A language menu gives you neither. If you want a Turkish IP address for streaming or banking from abroad, the ranking of VPNs with servers in Turkey is the right page. If you are inside Turkey and fighting website blocks, see the VPN for Turkey ranking. Using a VPN there is legal, but many VPN sites are blocked and Turkish law still governs what you do online.

FAQ

Short answer

Proton VPN wins at 6.40, ahead of Surfshark and PureVPN, whose shared 6.34 puts them one rung below. NordVPN ranks fourth even though its overall 5.58 is higher than the 5.3 of Surfshark and PureVPN. All three leaders let you claim a refund within 30 or 31 days, which is the window to judge the Turkish interface and the help desk. Pricing runs in dollars, auto-renewal is usually pre-enabled, and none of the providers that publish support languages names Turkish, just as none shows prices in lira.
