The VeePN refund window depends on the length of your plan. For plans of 6 months or longer, you can ask for your money back within 30 days. For the weekly and monthly plans, the window is half as long, 14 days. The site currently sells plans for 1, 12 and 24 months, so a monthly subscription falls under the shorter window.
Which payments are not refundable
The rule applies only to your first payment. VeePN does not refund subscription renewals, and it does not refund the fee for the trial period either. Each customer gets a refund once: if you have already received your money back, a repeat purchase comes without that guarantee. Filing a dispute with your bank (a chargeback) takes away your right to a refund, so write to support first.
The main risk here is forgetting about auto-renewal. It is on by default for card payments, PayPal and purchases through app stores, and the terms ask you to cancel your subscription 48 hours before the end of the billing period. How to file a request
There is no separate refund form in the terms. The service offers support by email and a chat on the site: give them the email on your account, the payment date and your plan. If the subscription was bought through the App Store or Google Play, VeePN does not say whether it refunds the money itself or sends you to the store. It is best to check this with support before buying through an app.
Does the trial period count as part of the 30 days?
