ZoogVPN gives you 7 days to request a refund. The refund page lists many conditions, and it is easy to break any of them, so read them before you pay.

When you will get your money back

The guarantee applies only to the first payment on a new subscription. Renewals and repeat purchases on the same account or by the same person are not refunded, and you can use the guarantee only once. There is also a traffic limit: if 10 GB or more passed through the VPN during those 7 days, your refund will be denied. The subscription must be bought on the zoogvpn.com website with a term of 30 days or longer; short plans of 3 or 7 days are not covered by the guarantee. When only some features fail, ZoogVPN may issue a partial refund at its own discretion.

How to submit a request

First, write to support about the technical problem and follow their recommendations: without this step, the service reserves the right to refuse. Then submit a request through the support form, stating the account email, the payment system used, and the reason. ZoogVPN aims to process a refund within 3 business days, the money can take up to 30 days to arrive, and 5% is deducted from the amount.

Who cannot get a refund

Only card and PayPal payments can be refunded. A payment made with cryptocurrency, WebMoney or Qiwi is outside the guarantee. App Store purchases go through Apple, and Apple has a page for this at reportaproblem.apple.com. The service does not refund charges after the end of a trial period in Google Play or the App Store. To avoid paying for the next term, turn off auto-renewal. If 7 days is too short, look at VPNs with a 30-day guarantee.
