ZoogVPN alternatives: similar VPNs ranked by our score

ZoogVPN scores 4.36 out of 10 in our ranking and sits 20th out of 377. There are apps for all major systems and TV, a single subscription covers up to 10 devices, and you can pay with cryptocurrency. People usually look for a replacement for three reasons: ZoogVPN has no independent no-logs audit, refunds are only available within 7 days, and the service publishes nothing about traffic obfuscation, so it gets 1 point out of 10 for bypassing blocks.

Same price with an audit

Surfshark costs from €2.14 per month, just like ZoogVPN, and scores 5.30. Deloitte has verified its no-logs policy, refunds last 30 days, and the NoBorders obfuscation mode works in the Android, iOS, macOS and Windows apps. LunoVPN, at €2.15, takes first place in the list with 5.52, also gives 30 days for a refund and disguises its traffic as ordinary HTTPS. The LunoVPN audit is so far only known from the company's own statements.

Cheaper than ZoogVPN

FastestVPN costs from €0.71 per month, its no-logs policy was verified by Altius IT, and you get 31 days for a refund. The differences between it and ZoogVPN in features and price are laid out in our comparison of the two services. PureVPN, at €1.85, had its no-logs policy checked by KPMG and runs separate obfuscated servers. CyberGhost VPN, from €1.71, has the longest refund window in the list, 45 days. Symlex VPN, at €1.91, also refunds money only within 7 days, so it does not fix that weakness of ZoogVPN.

If you need a free plan

The free ZoogVPN plan gives you 10 GB per month, 5 locations and one device, and the Android app shows ads. Hide.me does not limit traffic in its free version, but you still get just one device. PrivadoVPN has the same limit as ZoogVPN, 10 GB per 30 days.
