ZoogVPN has one paid plan, Premium, with three billing terms. A month costs $9.99 and renews at the same price. A year costs $39.99, and two years cost $59.99, with 3 free months added, so that payment covers 27 months. The median across our ranking is about €3.1 per month, and ZoogVPN's long terms are noticeably cheaper.
What the pricing page doesn't show
The service does not publish the renewal price for the yearly and two-year plans. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, so you can't find out in advance what you'll pay in the second year. The 66% and 75% discounts are calculated against the monthly price of $9.99 and have nothing to do with the renewal price. The site's description mentions a price "from $1.87 per month", but no plan at that price is listed. A dedicated IP is listed among Premium features, and ZoogVPN does not name a separate price for it.
What paying gets you compared with the free plan
The free plan gives you 10 GB per month, 5 locations and one device, with limited speed and Google AdMob ads in the Android app. Premium removes the traffic limit, unlocks over 100 locations, streaming, torrenting on designated P2P servers, and allows 10 devices at once, although elsewhere the site promises unlimited devices. If you need a VPN on one device and without heavy downloads, the free plan may be enough; you can compare it with others in our roundup of free VPNs.
