How to cancel VeePN and turn off auto-renewal

Cancel where you paid

With VeePN, auto-renewal is on by default for card payments, PayPal, and purchases in app stores. The cancellation method depends on who charges you.

If you bought the subscription in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in the store's subscription settings. VeePN asks you to do this at least 48 hours before the end of the paid period. If you paid on the website by card or via PayPal, the terms do not mention a cancel button: the service tells you to email support. Crypto payments are one-time and do not renew automatically.

A common mistake described in reviews: a person cancels the subscription in Apple settings, but the payment was made through the website, and charges keep coming. First check who the payment recipient is. VeePN payments are processed by IT Research LLC (USA) and the reseller Laraun Limited (Cyprus), so your statement may show one of these names. Deleting the app does not stop the subscription.

Trial period

Three free days are available only for the 12-month and 24-month plans, paid by card or PayPal. If you don't cancel in advance, you'll be charged for the full term at once. The trial period fee is non-refundable, so cancel on the very first day you decide the service isn't for you.

How much renewal costs

Prices on the website apply to the first 16 or 28 months, and VeePN does not publish the amount of the next payment. The service also does not promise a reminder before renewal, and some Trustpilot reviewers say their two-year plan renewed without warning.
