60 days only for annual subscriptions

The 60-day figure in Avira's terms applies to the first annual subscription: within that period you can get a full refund. For the monthly Pro plan the window is shorter, 14 days from the first purchase. If you took one month for a trial and remembered the refund three weeks later, the money is already gone. If you are unsure about the service, it makes sense to take the yearly plan: within 60 days you will see both the speeds and how it works on all your devices, and the refund is still full.

Renewals are refunded partially

The subscription renews automatically, and Avira refunds yearly renewals proportionally: you only get back the cost of the unused part of the term. Yearly subscribers receive an email with the renewal price before the charge, which is the best moment to decide whether you still need the service. Purchases through the App Store and Google Play

The Pro Mobile plan is bought inside the app. Whether Avira refunds such purchases is not stated by the service. The payment in this case goes through the app store, so you will most likely have to submit your request under Apple's or Google's rules.
