Which purchases qualify for a refund

Aura promises your money back within 60 days, but only for yearly plans bought on the Aura website or through its support team. Monthly subscriptions are not covered by the guarantee, and neither are purchases made through Amazon. The service says nothing about purchases in the App Store or Google Play, or about a partial refund for unused time. When the countdown starts

The window counts from the first purchase or from the start of the trial period. The trial lasts 14 days, and if you start with it, you have about 46 days left after the first charge to make up your mind. The trial is available once per customer. For the refund period itself, the service gets a full score in our assessment, but the restriction to yearly plans makes the guarantee noticeably narrower than the figure of 60 suggests.

It is a US number, and the service names no other way to request a refund, even though support also runs a live chat and a help center contact form. Before calling, find the purchase date and the payment email: this makes it easier to confirm that you are within the 60 days and that your plan is yearly.
