We collected 704 Aura reviews, and the platforms paint different pictures. On Trustpilot, after smoothing, the score is 4.34 out of 5 across 200 reviews; in the App Store it is 3.01 across 500, and Google Play has only four reviews. Most reviewers write about the full Aura package, and the VPN is just one of its features for them.

What people praise

On Trustpilot, almost three quarters of the positive reviews thank the support team, often naming the specific agent who saw the problem through to the end. The company also replied to all 22 one- and two-star reviews there. In the App Store, people praise the credit monitoring and data breach alerts.

The main complaints
