X-VPN refund policy: how to ask for your money back

X-VPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, but the terms are narrow. It applies only to a first subscription and only if you paid through Google Play, PayPal or Stripe (the site accepts cards through Stripe). Everything else is either excluded or not covered in the policy.

Which purchases do not qualify

Crypto payments are not refunded. This is a notable loss on the long plan: two years cost $69.99 as a single payment, and if X-VPN does not work out for you, that money stays with the company. Subscriptions bought from resellers are also not covered.

App Store, Amazon, Galaxy Store and Huawei AppGallery are listed among payment methods, but they are not named in the refund terms. If you buy through them, expect to follow the store's own rules. The policy says nothing specific about monthly plans or refunds for unused time either.

Renewals and cancellation

The guarantee covers the first subscription, and the policy says nothing about refunds for automatic renewals. Annual and two-year plans on card or PayPal renew automatically once a year, and the service does not publish the renewal price. You need to cancel at least 3 days before the end of your term; the step-by-step process is described on the page about cancelling X-VPN.

How to apply and what to check before paying

Our data has no step-by-step procedure for a refund request. You can write to the 24/7 chat or to support@xvpn.io. State your account email and payment method right away: the payment method determines whether your purchase qualifies.

The service says nothing about a free trial. Its free Basic version, with ads and 26 regions, is the way to test X-VPN on your own network before you pay. Plan durations and prices are collected on the X-VPN pricing page.
