Turbo VPN refund policy: how to ask for your money back

Turbo VPN promises a refund within 30 days, but only for purchases made on the website. The remaining terms narrow the guarantee, so it makes sense to pick your payment method with refunds in mind before you buy.

Which purchases qualify for the guarantee

The 30 days apply to subscriptions paid on turbovpn.com with a card, cryptocurrency or a gift card. Purchases through the App Store and Google Play are excluded from the service's guarantee: the app store line in the table above is a generic field for all services; with Turbo VPN such a payment goes through the store, so you would have to ask the store for your money. The rules say nothing specific about the Huawei and Xiaomi stores.

Turbo VPN does not say whether monthly plans are refundable or whether unused days are refunded pro rata. One month of Gold costs $11.99, Platinum is $13.99, and the longer plans are billed as a single payment: $89.99 for 27 months of Gold and $109.99 for 24 months of Platinum.

Renewal and cryptocurrency

Auto-renewal is on by default, the site does not show the renewal price, and according to the service, charges for renewal are generally non-refundable. The service refunds cryptocurrency payments in US dollars. The exchange rate may change while you wait, and the number of coins you get back after conversion may differ from what you sent.
