VPN Proxy Master refund policy: how to ask for your money back

VPN Proxy Master offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, but it does not apply to every purchase. What matters most is where you paid and whether it is your first payment.

Buying on the website

If you bought the subscription on vpnproxymaster.com, you get a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of the first purchase. Renewals are not covered by the guarantee. If the yearly plan renews automatically, that payment cannot be refunded under the service's rules, so it is better to disable auto-renewal in advance, at least 24 hours before the charge.

Two exceptions are worth knowing before you pay. A payment made in Bitcoin is refunded in dollar equivalent, meaning you receive the purchase amount in dollars, and the coin's exchange rate may have changed in the meantime. Prepaid and gift cards are not refunded at all.

Buying through the App Store or Google Play

Here the service points you to the store's rules. You submit the request to Apple or Google yourself, and the store makes the decision. If you subscribed directly in the app on your phone, the payment almost certainly went through the store: you can check this in the purchase history of your Apple ID or Google account. Refunds for unused time and separate rules for monthly payments are not described in the service's terms.

How to request a refund

Contact support through the help center at support.vpnproxymaster.com or by email; support is advertised as available around the clock. Provide your account email, the date and payment method, and state that you are cancelling within the 30-day window.
