Norton lists three ways: through your account on its website, via support, or by phone at 844-488-4540 (a US number). If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you need to turn off renewal in the store's subscription settings; your Norton account won't help there.
The charge arrives before the term ends
Auto-renewal is on by default. Under Norton's terms, the next year can be billed up to 35 days before the renewal date. If your annual term ends on June 1, the payment may arrive as early as late April, so it's best to turn off renewal at least five weeks ahead. Norton doesn't say whether it sends a reminder before the charge.
Cancellation covers the whole plan, so the add-ons go along with the VPN: the password manager and dark web monitoring on Plus and Ultimate, and parental controls on Ultimate.
What a missed deadline costs
The first year on the American site costs $39.99 for Standard, $49.99 for Plus and $59.99 for Ultimate. Renewal: $79.99, $109.99 and $129.99 per year. The price roughly doubles, and Norton states outright that the renewal amount may be higher than the first payment and may change. This jump costs the service points in our price and terms rating.
If the charge has already gone through
