What the 31-day guarantee covers
FastestVPN promises a refund within 31 days, but only for a new purchase. The money comes back the way you paid, so the same card or the same PayPal account. The service has no trial period, so this month is your only chance to test the speeds and the apps on your devices without risk.
Two cases when you will not get a refund
The first case is cryptocurrency. Through NowPayments the service accepts BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH and DASH, but such payments are excluded from refunds. If you are not sure the service suits you, it is better to make the first payment by card or through PayPal. The second case is renewal. The subscription renews automatically, and the money for a new term is not refunded under the service's rules. You need to switch off renewal in your account settings no later than 24 hours before the end of the paid period; the step-by-step process is described on the how to cancel FastestVPN page.
What the rules do not say
Whether the service refunds a monthly plan, the unused part of a long-term plan, or a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play is not stated. There are no separate terms for the lifetime plan either. You can see how deadlines and exceptions work at other VPN providers in the VPN refund policies review.
How to request a refund?
The service does not describe a dedicated refund form. You can reach it through the 24/7 chat on the website or by email at support@fastestvpn.com. Write within 31 days of the purchase and state your account email and payment method right away, so the team does not have to ask follow-up questions about your request.
