Where to enter the code and what is on sale now
The FastestVPN checkout has a coupon field, so the service does accept promo codes. At the time of our check, there was no separate sale on the official site. The main discount is built into the plan itself: "1 year + 1 year free" costs $19.95 for 24 months, about $0.83 per month, and half of that term is free.
Where the 83% and 93% come from
The percentages on the payment page are calculated from the monthly plan at $5 or from the crossed-out amount "instead of $320". The baseline is the most expensive way to pay, and there are no past prices behind these figures. For the two-year plan, 83% checks out: 24 months at $5 add up to $120. The lifetime plan at $40 is presented with a 93% discount, even though the three-year plan costs $39.95, a difference of five cents.
Why the price may not match
The amounts on different pages of the site disagree. The purchase page shows $5 per month, $19.95 and $39.95. The terms of use mention $10 per month, $2.49 per month for a year and $1.11 per month for three years, and the homepage features a 3 years and 3 months plan. Go by the amount in your cart. Taxes and VAT are not included in the price and may be added at the final step.
Do coupon-site codes work?
FastestVPN runs its own affiliate program, and many coupon sites earn money from referrals. The only way to check a code is the field at checkout: if the amount in your cart did not go down, there is no discount. Codes for other services are collected in the VPN coupons section.
How much does renewal cost after the discount?
