A VPN Unlimited subscription renews automatically by default. KeepSolid does not say whether it reminds you about the charge in advance, and it does not show the renewal price on its pricing page. Under the company's terms, renewal charges are non-refundable, so turn off auto-renewal before the charge date.

Turning it off in User Office

If you paid on the website, everything is done in the KeepSolid account, following the official guide:

  1. Log in to User Office.
  2. In the menu on the left, open the Payments section and the Active Subscriptions tab.
  3. Click the menu icon next to the subscription you need and select Turn Off Auto-Renew.
  4. Give a reason for cancelling and click Turn Off.
  5. Enter the confirmation code that will arrive by email.

Without the code, auto-renewal stays on, so wait for the email and check that the subscription is no longer marked as renewing. Once auto-renewal is off, Personal Server and Personal IP have to be extended manually with the Prolong button.

Purchases through the App Store or Google Play

If the subscription was set up through an app store, you need to cancel it in the Apple or Google subscription settings. Under KeepSolid's rules, refunds for such purchases also go through the store. Deleting the app from your phone does not stop the subscription.

What you lose when you cancel

The money-back guarantee lasts 30 days from the first payment. Renewals, gift codes and redemption codes are not refunded. Details are on the VPN Unlimited refund terms page.

Do not delete your account while waiting for your money: once your data is deleted, all purchases become non-refundable. Get your refund first, then delete the account.
