VPN Unlimited refund policy: how to ask for your money back

KeepSolid offers a 30-day refund window, but that window opens only once. Under the refund policy, the clock for a subscription starts from the first payment, while for a one-time purchase, such as a lifetime plan, it starts from the purchase date. Money for automatic renewals is not refunded unless the law in your country requires otherwise.

Where to ask: it depends on where you paid

If you bought your subscription through the App Store, Google Play, Amazon or Microsoft Store, request the refund from that store, following its own rules and deadlines. KeepSolid makes no decision in this case. If you paid on the website through PayPal, Stripe or Paymentwall, contact KeepSolid support. In your email, include the account email address, the product name, the purchase date, the payment method and the order number, if you have one. A refund handled by KeepSolid itself usually takes up to 10 days, and after that everything depends on the payment system.

What you cannot get back

There is no refund for a renewal after the first payment. The guarantee also does not cover a subscription activated with a redemption code, a gift card or a top-up card. If you bought a code or a gift card, the guarantee does not cover such a purchase. The service does not promise to return the unused portion of your term. Proportional refunds are mentioned in the policy only for the case where KeepSolid changes its terms and you cancel the service because of that. The policy contains no separate rule for the monthly plan.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund

Cancelling a subscription only stops future charges and does not return your money by itself. If you are still within 30 days, cancel the subscription and ask for a refund separately.
