Ratings by source
Smoothed: a source’s average across all VPNs counts as 50 extra reviews, so a few five-star reviews cannot outrank thousands.

Quick and simple question & answer…
Original review
On Reddit and forums
44 Reddit and forum threads mention Panda VPN (we keep titles and search snippets only).
Reviews of the VPN from Panda Security are scarce. Most of what you find when you search for "Panda VPN" is either about the Panda Dome antivirus or about other developers' apps with a similar name.
Apps with the same name
In the App Store and Google Play, the name PandaVPN is used by apps from other developers: PandaVPN: Fast Secure VPN by Wildfire Inc. and PandaVPN Lite by PandaVPN Official. They have nothing to do with Panda Security. If you see a PandaVPN in an app store with complaints about vanished servers and money paid for a multi-year plan, that is not the product from Bilbao.
Trustpilot: the score for the whole company
The pandasecurity.com profile on Trustpilot shows 4.0 from 22,370 reviews. We collected 200 recent ones, from August to October 2026: the average is 4.12, and two thirds gave five stars. Reviewers praise the simple installation and the polite phone operators. But these reviews cover all products together, and the VPN is mentioned in only four of the 200.
What customers complain about
Among the 35 reviews with one or two stars, the main theme is money: a subscription was renewed although it had been cancelled in advance, a payment was charged twice, refunds take weeks to arrive. The second theme is support that promises to call back and then never does. The company replied to 33 of these 35 reviews, but in several cases the authors later added that nothing moved forward after the reply.
Complaints about the VPN itself are few, and they are specific. One author finds the product description misleading: the free 150 MB per day runs out quickly, and the price of the paid version is not easy to find on the website. Two others write that they have to reconnect every day or after Windows updates. If you need a VPN that keeps the connection going unattended, test this on the free version before you pay.
