How to cancel Panda VPN and turn off auto-renewal

Panda VPN is sold through the shared Panda Security account, the same one used for the Panda Dome antivirus products. The subscription is managed in the My Panda dashboard, and you can cancel it at any time.

Cancelling in My Panda

Log in to My Panda, open the Products and Services tab, select your product and click Manage your product. In the right-hand panel, under Subscription management, there is a Cancel subscription option. Once you confirm, you will receive a cancellation email. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and do not assume the subscription is cancelled until you receive it.

Cancellation only stops future renewal charges. The period you have already paid runs until the end, the VPN and the product's other features stay active, and no money is refunded for the current period. Purchases from the App Store or Google Play

According to Panda's support documentation, managing auto-renewal through My Panda only works for purchases made on the website. If you subscribed inside the app on iPhone or Android, you need to cancel it in the store's subscription settings, otherwise the store will keep charging you.

How much the renewal costs

Panda does not show the renewal price. The first payment for the yearly VPN Premium plan comes with a 40% discount, and the only reference point for the next charge is the struck-through price of $21.95.
