It also asks for an email at sign-up, and there is no free plan.
AirVPN: cheap and no email
AirVPN from Italy costs from €2.75, does not need your email, and tunnels over SSH, SSL and Tor help in networks with blocks. It has no independent no-logs audit, and its servers are located in 23 countries.
