The thirty days do not apply to every plan

On its website BearVPN promises a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans, but a separate page with refund terms says something different. The deadline depends on the length of the subscription: for one month you can get your money back within 7 days, for 3 or 6 months within 15 days, and only for a one-year or two-year plan does the full 30-day window apply. For short daily and weekly plans there is no refund at all. In a dispute BearVPN will rely on the text of its rules, so it is better to count the days by that page.

Where the subscription was purchased

BearVPN itself refunds only purchases made directly on its website with a card or through PayPal. If the subscription was bought in the App Store or Google Play, you submit the request to the store under Apple's or Google's rules, and BearVPN support will not be able to help there. The service deducts the payment processor's fee from the refund amount, so do not expect the full price back. The rules also include a clause: the refund may be denied in cases of abuse.

How to submit a request

Our data shows no dedicated refund form. You can write through the support chat on the website, by email, on Telegram or on Discord. A BearVPN account is tied to a device, and an email address is optional, so keep your payment receipt: it makes it easier for support to find the payment and check whether the deadline has expired.

How to avoid needing a refund

BearVPN has no trial period, but the free version for Android and iOS works without registration and without a traffic limit, though with ads and a random server. It is enough to test the connection before paying. The prices of all plans are collected on the BearVPN pricing page, and the terms of other services are on the VPN money-back policies page.
