All three land between 7.1 and 8.1 on censorship bypass, so the differences hide elsewhere. Xeovo scores 1.1 on security because its sheets leave the kill switch and leak protection unstated; on hotel Wi-Fi a dropping tunnel leaks unless a kill switch stops it. StelsVPN demands an email, publishes no independent audit of its no-logs claim, and sits at 1.3 on privacy. CitadelVPN lists VLESS over TCP, gRPC and XHTTP and does not name Reality explicitly, so the key it issues is what to check.

Who actually supplies the server: service, client or panel

Many of the 48 entries cannot connect you by themselves. The 14 free or mobile apps are a mixed group: part are bare clients, such as v2rayNG, V2Box, Hiddify, Npv Tunnel and the paid-on-iOS Shadowrocket, that read a key and ship no servers; others are VPN apps that come with their own servers, LightningX VPN for example. Eight are self-hosted tools: 3X-UI and Marzban are web panels for Xray that create VLESS inbounds on your own VPS, and Xray-core is the Project X core where Reality originated. Clients and panels score well on the bypass sub-index (40% of the page score) yet have no prices or policies to rate.

VLESS, Reality and XTLS Vision: who carries what

VLESS, a lightweight protocol from the V2Ray and Xray family, identifies the client by a UUID and sets encryption to none, leaving protection to the TLS or Reality layer around it. Reality borrows the TLS handshake of a genuine third-party website, so no own domain or certificate is needed; the client holds the server's x25519 public key plus a short ID, while a probe without them is passed through to the real site. The optional XTLS Vision flow ("xtls-rprx-vision") removes the TLS-in-TLS double pattern, but both ends must enable it or the connection fails. Transports (TCP, gRPC, WebSocket, XHTTP) are not supported equally by every client version. The Project X REALITY repository holds the server code and the reference configuration.

• security=reality, plus pbk (public key) and sid (short ID): Reality is on.
• security=tls: a normal certificate setup, workable yet simpler to fingerprint.
• security=none: plain VLESS, and DPI will flag it quickly.
• sni should point at a real, busy website; fp sets the uTLS fingerprint.
• Vision requires flow=xtls-rprx-vision and a client that supports it.

Whatever the provider's site says, the key itself tells the truth about Reality.

Privacy and payment across the 48 entries

Prices run from €0.71 a month for the cheapest paid plan to a median of €2.86. Published proof is thin: 30 entries post a no-logs policy, a single one carries an independent audit, and 34 say nothing about a kill switch. To keep your card out of it, 22 entries take crypto; CitadelVPN and Xeovo VPN accept Monero, StelsVPN does not list it.
