How to cancel Touch VPN and turn off auto-renewal

The Touch VPN premium plan renews automatically every billing period until you cancel it, and you need to cancel at least one day before the renewal date. Before the charge, the service sends a reminder email, but relying on that alone is a bad idea: it can end up in spam or go to an old address.

Where to cancel

Touch VPN has no payment page on its website; the subscription is sold only inside the apps through the App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store. So in almost every case you need to cancel in the subscription settings of the store where you paid: on iPhone that is the subscriptions section of your Apple ID, on Android subscriptions in Google Play, on Windows your Microsoft account. Deleting the app from your phone does not stop the subscription.

The service terms also mention other routes: an email to support@pango.co or cancellation in your account. This is useful if you do not remember where you bought the premium plan or if the store does not show the subscription. In the email, include your account address and the store you paid through.

Free trial

Touch VPN does not offer the free trial to everyone and not at all times, and no more than once every 12 months. A card may be required for it. Cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends, otherwise it turns into a paid subscription.

How much you will be charged and whether you can get a refund

The service shows prices only in the app. According to a third-party review, one month costs $12.99 and a year $79.99, while Touch VPN does not publish the renewal price, so check the amount in the store before the billing date.
