Check status and the device limit first
If all locations stopped working at once, open the server status page: scheduled maintenance and outages are visible there. The second common cause is the device limit. You can add 10 devices to an account, but only 5 can be connected at the same time, and a sixth device will not connect until you disconnect one of the others.
The app won't let you into your account
There are few negative reviews over the past year, 11, and roughly half of them are about login: the app on macOS 26 does not accept keyboard input for the login field, the Android version prevents account creation, and after several attempts the server replies that there are too many requests. If the app won't start, AzireVPN lets you set up WireGuard manually with a configuration file, including on a router. The kill switch is always on, so if the tunnel drops, for example when switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data, the internet stays off until the VPN reconnects.
If the VPN is blocked by the network
Among protocols, AzireVPN declares only WireGuard, says nothing about OpenVPN or IKEv2, and nothing about traffic obfuscation either. There are no website mirrors or Telegram channel. If a hotel, office or country network blocks WireGuard, there is nothing to switch to in the app, so it may be worth looking at a VPN with traffic obfuscation. Support answers by email, in English.
Why doesn't Netflix open?
AzireVPN does not officially support streaming and has no dedicated streaming servers. Users report that access sometimes works out, but AzireVPN gives no guarantees.
