TorGuard refund policy: how to ask for your money back

Seven days and only for new customers

TorGuard gives refunds within 7 days of payment, and only to first-time buyers. If you have already been a customer and came back, or you set up a second account, do not count on a refund under these terms. The window is short: many VPN services offer 30 days, and in our scoring of refund terms, 7 days earns less than a quarter of the possible points. You will have to test speeds, streaming and connections on your own network in the first days after payment.

What is not refunded

Dedicated, residential and streaming IPs are not covered by the refund. Money paid with a gift card or in cryptocurrency is not refunded either, so paying anonymously strips you of the right to a refund from day one. If you want to keep the option to change your mind, pay the usual way and skip the IP add-ons on your first purchase. Our data does not specify whether the dedicated IP included in the Pro plan counts separately.

Renewals and unused time

By default, the subscription renews for the same period until you cancel it. TorGuard does not say whether it refunds a renewal charge, a monthly plan or the remaining days, and since a refund is promised only on a first purchase, do not rely on one for a renewal. How to submit a request
