Dune Pro is currently sold only in the Android app, and payment goes through Google Play. That's why you cancel it in Google Play as well: the service's policy points you to the platform's account settings, and no other way to cancel is described on the website.

Where to cancel

On your phone, open Google Play, tap the profile icon and select "Payments and subscriptions", then "Subscriptions". Find DuneVPN and tap "Cancel subscription". From a computer, you can do the same on the subscriptions page in your Google Play account. Deleting the app does not stop the subscription; the charges will continue. DuneVPN has no registration, and the subscription is tied to the Google account you paid from. If you have several accounts on your phone, switch to the right one, otherwise DuneVPN won't appear in the list.

What happens after cancellation

Cancellation stops future charges but, as stated in the policy, does not mean a refund of money already charged. Under Google Play rules, access to Pro remains until the end of the paid period. The free DuneVPN plan stays available, though it comes with Google AdMob ads, fewer locations and no premium servers. If you were charged by mistake, the service asks you to send the receipt, the transaction number and your account details; see the page about getting a refund for DuneVPN for details.

Renewal and prices

DuneVPN does not state whether auto-renewal is enabled by default or whether the service will send a reminder. The service names the renewal price only for the annual plan: $11.99, the same as the first year. For the monthly and six-month plans it does not publish a renewal price, and the terms let the service change prices with notice. Cancellation steps for other VPNs are collected in our guide to cancelling a VPN subscription.
